By accessing or using ReHook services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReHook provides webhook infrastructure services including webhook ingestion, transformation, and delivery. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReHook to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for paid plans. If we fail to meet this, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA.

7. Intellectual Property

ReHook and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReHook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for backup purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.
